Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

Passion in Words respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and applicable laws.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on the Platform (URL or description)
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We will take appropriate action against any user who repeatedly violates the copyrights of others.

Response Time

We aim to respond to valid DMCA takedown notices within 48 hours. Upon receipt of a valid notice, the allegedly infringing content will be promptly removed or disabled pending investigation.
